Another Amazing Artwork for the Launch! #HungryGhosts

Ottawa artist René Rivard was inspired by a scene in Hungry Ghosts where Detective Charlie Pike goes to pay respects to his father, who was buried on the Manomin Bay First Nation on a hill overlooking Manomin Bay. René calls it “Resting Place.” Lovely! You can see this piece, and the others, on display digitally–Simon and Schuster Canada will be preparing an online exhibition– and at Cake and Shake in Hintonburg in the month of June; the launch of the book and the art is on June 4th.
