More Edinburgh Paper Sculptures!

I’ve been following the appearance (and then, sadly, disappearance) of these lovely little anonymous sculptures in Edinburgh libraries for some time.

And I’m happy to say that it seems the sculptor  is still active. Here are two photographs of one of these incredible little artworks that popped up just before Christmas. (The record sleeve reads: The Impossible Dead, by Ian Rankin and the note is addressed to @beathhigh, which is Rankin’s Twitter name.)

I hadn’t realized how many of these little mysterious masterpieces had been deposited throughout Edinburgh but here is a link to a story that lists all of them and has photographs of each one. How wonderful!
