As you may know, I’ve been following the story of these lovely, mysterious little sculptures that keep popping up in Edinburgh libraries (and that are connected to Ian Rankin’s books much of the time). They are created out of old books. Here’s an example of the kind of detail that went into one of them: a cap made of feathers, no bigger than your thumbnail and the perfect little pair of gloves to go with it.
